Founded in 2018, Beans and Bullets was created to bring together patriots who honor and defend our nation’s Second Amendment rights.
Join us for a day of connection, unity, and respect for the freedoms that make our country great. Experience family bonding time and teach your kids the values of being future generations of patriots. Sponsored by Blue Bay Fund I, this event is hosted by our fund manager, Edwin Epperson, alongside board advisor Josh Weis.
Having served in the U.S. Army as an Infantryman and a Combat Diver Green Beret, Edwin Epperson is a dedicated defender of the Second Amendment.
His passion for the Right to Keep and Bear Arms extends beyond personal conviction—he actively teaches and trains others to appreciate and exercise this fundamental right. Whether he's on the range sharpening his skills or mentoring fellow patriots, Edwin is committed to preserving the freedoms that define our nation.

📍 Location: Near San Antonio, FL (35 minutes north of Tampa)

📅 Date:
This event is held twice a year – once in the Spring and once in the Fall.
Upon signing up, you will receive an email with registration details.
Only those who sign up will receive registration links.
⏰ Time: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
🥗 Lunch: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
Lunch is free! We just need an accurate headcount of registrants.
👕 Dress Code:
Rugged outdoor clothing and comfortable shoes.
No flip-flops or open-toed shoes.
A detailed packing list will be provided upon registration.
💲 Cost:
$50 per adult
Minors enter for free!
100% of ticket proceeds go to a carefully vetted Florida non-profit supporting Florida, military, and/or law enforcement veterans and their families.

7:30 AM - 8:45 AM | Event Check-In
Check-in opens at 0730 and closes at 0845 sharp. Late arrivals will not be allowed to shoot until the afternoon session. DO NOT SHOW UP AFTER 0845!
9:00 AM - 10:00 AM | Morning Static Range
Training on Pistol, Rifle & Shotgun.
10:00 AM - 12:00 PM | Morning Movement Range
Advanced training with Pistol, Rifle, and Static Shotgun.
12:00 PM - 1:00 PM | Lunch Break
Enjoy some of the best local food around—because nothing pairs better with a day at the range than a hearty meal!
1:00 PM - 3:00 PM | Afternoon Movement Range
Hands-on Rifle & Pistol/Rifle movement training drills.
3:00 PM - 4:00 PM | Afternoon Static Long Range (Rifle Only)
Precision shooting for those looking to hone their skills at long distances.
